Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Certain products may have specific return requirements (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cattle Vaccines & Health Products – Due to temperature sensitivity and regulatory requirements
  • Opened Animal Feed – Including cattle feed, bird seed, and bee feed products
  • Personal Protective Equipment – Such as opened beekeeping suits for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or Special Order Items – Including made-to-order cattle handling equipment

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and quantity you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (1898 Snider Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely with the original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item
  • For refunds: We’ll process your refund to the original payment method

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may provide a return shipping label if needed.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional time for international shipments
